Here you have a whole mess of drawings that I've done this semester. Rather educational since I didnt have a clue what to do with charcoal. I didnt want to put them in scraps, but they dont deserve to crowd up my gallery either.. so you get them all at once.
There were fairly specific parameters for each.
If I remember correctly, the first two were negative space, then three "T drawings" (emphasize where objects overlap or something like that), two drawings with just line, another with just line after a sculpture, another with line, two with only 3 values and finally one with a full range of values. There are others but it's not really worth photographing them at the moment.
Charcoal for the most part, plus a few pencil (the line drawings)
We did something similar in the own drawing class I've ever taken. I'd love to take more. That's when I was brave and used charcoal pencils for quite a few drawings. These are lovely, hon. You've got a good eye, and an even better hand

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article.
In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
